Understanding People & Imperfection with Jonas Ileka

In today's episode I'm joined by Jonas Ileka as we discuss the power of simply understanding people and what motivates them.

Jonas shares how "caring" is actually a superpower and we discuss the difference between authentic caring and people pleasing. Understanding humans means understanding and embracing imperfections and in this episode we're given the opportunity to embrace imperfection too in some minor tech errors. We have chosen to keep the slight errors as an example of embracing imperfection and owning our humanity.
